So during the past weekend, me and my buddies were all discussing some good pre-workout snacks or meals to eat before we work out. We all decided to look up some recipes, and I came across a recipe for Nutella Protein/Energy balls. I decided to try it out.
The recipe required Nutella, protein powder, almond milk, coconut oil, oats, Rice Krispies cereal, chocolate chips and chia seeds. I used the ingredients required and made this, and set it in the freezer for 15-30 minutes. When I tried it, it tasted great, with the sweetness of the nutella and the crunchiness of the oats and the cereal I used. Overall I give this recipe a 10/10 and would advise to try it yourself!
