  1. BullDog Brittle 

We saw this at the Kids Baking Championship and made it. It was so good and a great dessert to take to Christmas parties.

 

Recipe

  • 2 sticks butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1/2 box graham crackers

 

      2. Eclair Cake 

 

We make this all the time, it is delicious and super easy to make.

 

Recipe

 

  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 (3.5 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (16 ounce) package graham cracker squares
  • 1 (16 ounce) package prepared chocolate frosting

 

      3. Hershey kiss cookies

 

Baking & Spices

  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 1/3 cup Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Dairy

  • 1/2 cup Butter

Other

  • 24 Hershey kisses unwrapped

 

      4.Oreo Truffle Balls

 

  • 8 oz softened Cream Cheese
  • 14.5 oz Oreo Cookies
  • 14 oz Chocolate Dipping Chips
  • Candy Decorations Optional

 

  1. Christmas Punch

 

This easy Christmas punch recipe just has a handful of simple ingredients. (full amounts in recipe box below)

  • Orange Juice – this is what makes this recipe more of a morning or Christmas brunch punch. Feel free to use a cup pineapple juice as a substitute for the orange juice if you prefer.
  • Cranberry Juice – you’ll want to use cranberry juice cocktail.
  • Pomegranate Juice – we like the brand Pom, but use any brand.
  • Ginger Ale – you can also replace this with Lemon-Lime Soda (like Sprite) if you prefer.
  • Fresh Cranberries and Orange Slices (optional)

 

  1. Caramel Fruit drip

 

Mix 8 ounces of softened cream cheese with a 12-ounce jar of caramel ice cream topping in your stand mixer or in a bowl with a fork.  That is it!  Warning: You are probably going to be tempted to forget about the apples and eat this with a spoon!  Just warning you!

 

  1. Oreo Cookie Trifle

 

Oreo Cookie Trifle:

 

1 package Oreo cookies, crushed

2 small packages of vanilla instant pudding

3 cups milk

8 oz. package cream cheese, softened

16 oz. Cool Whip, thawed

 

  1. Chex Mix

 

  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of seasoned salt (Lowrys “Special salt”)
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

 

  1. Cheeseball 

 

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese (avoid pre-shredded cheese)
  • 2 green onion , chopped
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • dash freshly ground black pepper
  • 2/3 cup pecans , finely chopped

 

  1. Rolo Turtles

 

  • 2 cups Pecan halves 90 pecan halves
  • 12 oz bag Rolo candies about 90 pieces
  • 4 cups Mini Pretzels 90 pretzels
