Do you excericse? When you’re in a bad mood have you just felt like going outside for fresh air, or going on a run and after you do it dont you feel good! Well look…  let me tell you about how Outdoor activities have a positive impact on  your physical and mental wellbeing?

Outdoor activities have a tremendous impact on both physical and mental well-being. When you engage in activities like hiking, biking, or even just taking a walk in nature, you get a chance to breathe in fresh air and soak up some vitamin D from the sun. This not only boosts your physical health by improving cardiovascular fitness and strengthening muscles, but it also has a positive effect on your mental well-being. Being in nature has been shown to reduce stress, improve mood, and enhance cognitive function. It allows you to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of daily life, providing a sense of calm and relaxation
