In a survey I conducted about favorite sports, I received 25 answers. The top 5 answers were; American Football (7), Baseball (6), Basketball (5), Hockey (4) and volleyball, Gymnastics and Soccer (football) both tied with 2. In the USA the number 1 sport is American football, the sport brings in more than 100 million viewers each year. The most popular sport in the world is soccer (football), with more than 3.5 billion fans. The most watched sport in the USA is American Football, more than 75% of people keep up to date on what is going on in the NFL. The Superbowl brings in the most views for a sporting event each year.
